Las Aeronaves pertenecientes a Aeroclubes, NO PAGAN TGU."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Informamos a los Aeroclubes en general que, ante la presentaci\u00f3n realizada por FADA, en relaci\u00f3n a la pretensi\u00f3n de la EANA de cobrar la TGU a las aeronaves perteneciente a los Aeroclubes, la autoridad aeron\u00e1utica emiti\u00f3 la NOTA ANAC N\u00ba 201 de fecha 29 de Mayo de 2017, en donde su titular concluye en que:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab&#8230;los aeroclubes no son las personas alcanzadas por el texto final del Anexo II a la Resoluci\u00f3n ANAC N\u00ba 692\/2016 y por ende, rige a su respecto la exenci\u00f3n establecida en el Art\u00edculo 2\u00ba del Decreto de an\u00e1lisis<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Ello as\u00ed por cuanto los aeroclubes son asociaciones civiles sin fines de lucro (\u00abInstituciones aerodeportivas\u00bb) creadas fundamentalmente para la pr\u00e1ctica de vuelo mec\u00e1nico por parte de sus asociados, con fines deportivos o de instrucci\u00f3n (conf. Art\u00edculo 234 del C\u00f3digo Aeron\u00e1utico) y por ende las aeronaves de su propiedad dominial se encuentran exentas del pago de las tasas
